Biotrue is formulated to work like the eye. Stays on the lens surface for upto 20 hours for long lasting comfort. It goes beyond just exceptional disinfection by bringing together 3 bio-inspired innovations:
- Matches the pH of healthy tears
- Utilizes a lubricant found in the eyes
- Keeps certain beneficial tear proteins active
- Minimum 10 months before expiry will be provided on each bottle purchased, unless it is on sale then the minimum expiry period CAN be as low as 3 months. We will inform you before supplying the same.

The time taken to ship a product ordered by Getspexy will vary from product to product. Please understand that if your delivery address is located in a covid containment area then delays are bound to occur and we can not be held responsible for the delay; as containment areas change rapidly and there is no way for us to predict where and when this will occur.

In the event of any unforeseen delays as mentioned by the manufacturer then the same will be intimated to You before the order is processed. In such a situation You may choose to accept or cancel the same. If you choose to accept it then the order placed cannot be cancelled later and you will have to wait for the stipulated period in order to receive your shipment.
- Title and risk of loss for all Product/s ordered by You shall pass on to You upon Getspexy's shipment to the destination.
- Getspexy will make the delivery on a ‘best effort’ basis after acceptance of Your order. Subject to events beyond our control or as per the above-mentioned conditions, the Product/s will be shipped within the period specified in acceptance of the order.
- Getspexy will communicate the dispatch details to You and will ship the Product/s to the mailing address provided by You while placing the order. If you do not receive the Product/s within a reasonable period of time, You should immediately notify the team at Getspexy(info@getspexy.com).
- You have an obligation to forthwith check the Product/s for accuracy upon receipt of the same. If you have received the incorrect product or damaged/broken product, then please inform us of the same immediately or within 24 hours of receipt.
