Hi folks! We are putting this down for easy referencing. A few questions that may come to your mind when you shop with us or after, is as below:
Q1. How long will it take for the product to reach me?
On the product listing page you will find a tab called "Shipping details" click on it to see the time taken for your product to reach you. You will also find an approximate time range below the price of the product on the same page and on the check out page. You can reference the images below to understand this better.
Q2. Do you have COD or cash on delivery?
We do not have COD or cash on delivery as an option but what we do have is an offline payment feature which you can opt for via Google Pay or Paytm or Bank Transfer. The paytm link or Google Pay QR code will be shared with you over Whatsapp once you place the order for your product.
Q3. Where are we based?
We are a Bangalore based company and the home brand of S.R.Gopal Rao Opticians. S.R.Gopal Rao Opticians (SRGR) was started in 1936 and an age old family business. SRGR is the oldest optician in Bangalore and we understand optical dispensing at best.
Q4. How can I get in touch with you?
We are available on call via +91 80 4716 5760 or via Whatsapp on +91 20 7127 9291 or via email on info@getspexy.com. We have never taken longer than a few minutes to respond to a query via Whatsapp or call. We are available on Whatsapp from 9am to 11pm from Monday to Sunday or via call from 10:30am to 8pm from Monday to Saturday. You can email us anytime but we will be able to revert to you via email only during working hours and require at least 10 hours to get back to you on a query via email. The quickest way to get a response from us is via Whatsapp.
Q5. What is the expiry date on products?
We ensure a minimum of 2 years or more for contact lenses, unless intimated to you if otherwise. Contact lens solution will have an expiry date of 6 months or more unless again intimated to you. Spectacle lens solution and the lens cleaning cloths have expiry dates listed on the product page. Kindly check the product page for details on this.
